Do you have a pair of crutches taking up space in your garage, attic or basement? Jeremy Perillo, a Boy Scout with Troop 42, has organized his second annual crutch drive for Crutches 4 Kids in New Fairfield, CT.  We are so grateful for Jeremy’s efforts and are lucky to have such an encouraging and passionate advocate for our cause.

In addition to crutches, canes and folding walkers are also being accepted at the 3 drop off boxes located in town. The drop off boxes are located at Stop and Shop (lobby near the can redemption), the New Fairfield Library, and Western CT Medical Group office (96 Route 37).  Donations will be accepted at all locations through August 1st. If you are unable to bring your items to the drop off boxes please send an email to nfcrutchdrive@yahoo.com to schedule a pick up.

Last year over 125 pairs of crutches, canes and walkers were collected. Let’s see if they can beat that this year New Fairfield!
