Make sure your pair of crutches are less than 48 inches. Purchase and print your shipping label using the options below.
Adjust the Crutches to ensure that they are at the smallest length and wrap them with plastic wrap. Click here to learn how to wrap your crutches with plastic wrap.
Secure your shipping label on the wrapped crutches and drop them off at a FedEx store or authorized ship center.
If you have an issue dropping off your crutches at any FedEx store, please ask the FedEx representative to refer to the FedEx employee Ernesto Sanchez via phone (412) 809-5027 or email ernesto.sanchez@fedex.com to confirm authorization to accept the crutches without an outer container.
